During a career that has spanned more than two decades in senior leadership roles both in industry as well as management consulting, Bill McGinley has developed a distinctive style: using equal parts creativity and pragmatism Bill sees speed to implementation as the key to helping his clients succeed. “I’ve managed a profit and loss statement” says Bill, “I know what’s in a business owner’s mind. The solutions I propose always take into consideration the hard work that’s required to bring them about in real world terms.”
Currently serving as Managing Director at Carpedia, Bill has consulted for more than 100 companies in a wide range of industries—from blue collar to white collar. His diverse portfolio includes transportation and logistics, food processing, manufacturing, and financial and administrative services. Bill holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from York University, and an MBA, with a major in strategy, from the Schulich School of Business.
When Bill isn’t on the road for Carpedia he can often be found at the gym, where he enjoys the challenge of Olympic-style weightlifting. And whether he’s pub-bound in Ireland, sea-side in Portugal, or lounging on a sunny beach in the Caribbean, Bill always has a trip on the horizon. But, most frequently, you will find Bill at home with his family, enjoying life to the fullest (and mediating the occasional fight) with his four beautiful daughters.
