Method of Providing Feedback
Feedback may be provided in person, at Carpedia’s Head Office, by telephone, in writing, or by delivering an electronic text by email or on diskette or otherwise. Contact information is contained below.
All feedback will be reviewed by a Carpedia staff member. Feedback is tracked and analyzed to facilitate continuous improvement in the way we provide service to persons with disabilities.
All complaints will be reviewed by a Manager within Carpedia and responded to within 5 days of receipt of the complaint.
