Chris Thomas, Director
Chris Thomas, Director at Carpedia Hospitality, joined the company in 2011. He is an expert at driving operational change to enhance profitability through breaking down processes and implementing creative solutions to multi-faceted and complex problems. His current focus is on the hotel, resort, casino, golf, and restaurant sectors. Prior to becoming a specialist in the hospitality industry, he conducted projects across many different industries including sales and marketing, retail, logistics and warehousing and retirement communities.
With a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, Chris’ clients include some of the hospitality industry’s leading brands, owners, and asset managers. He has led successful projects across the globe in North America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia leading to an enhanced understanding of varying cultural sensitivities.
Prior to joining Carpedia Hospitality, Chris worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard University and for the Ritz-Carlton in Grand Cayman. Chris holds a Masters degree in General Management & Operations from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from McMaster University.
