Jordan De Lima

Jordan has led client engagements with businesses from around the world to improve their processes and management systems, ultimately resulting in sustainable behavioral change and improvement.  Jordan works collaboratively with the Executive Team to drive performance by aligning their beliefs and behaviors, facilitating the communication and execution of the plan at the front line. While having worked in most major industries, Jordan has helped companies realize millions in savings, with a particular focus in food manufacturing, oil refining, supply distribution, and airline.

 

Jordan’s hobbies revolve mostly around engines – whether it’s driving, riding, or flying, when he’s not with his clients, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family on the country roads or up in the air.
