Betty has acquired extensive experience in management consulting since joining the firm in 2006. She has worked with companies across numerous industries in North America and Asia to develop and implement strategies to improve alignment and organizational performance improvement. She has deep expertise in the financial services industry and has worked in healthcare, manufacturing and retail operations.
Betty works with the leadership teams to build capability and the environment for cultural change needed to support large transformations.
She holds a business degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a certified Project Management Professional. She enjoys spending her spare time outdoors with her two children.
