Carpedia College

This practical, interactive, and highly regarded management training program is an integral part of every transformation project we deliver. The course is also available as a stand-alone service to organizations who are looking to upgrade their leadership capabilities, or as a refresher following an organization’s initial engagement.

Carpedia College provides managers with tools and techniques that deliver results.

Many managers are promoted because they are good individual contributors, but they are not always trained on how to manage. Training programs often fail to provide learning opportunities to apply new skills.

We train leaders to apply Dynamic Management Skills, improving the effectiveness of the time they spend planning, communicating, following up, and proactively problem-solving. Sessions are customized for each organization and participants leave with concrete commitments on how they will improve their management behaviors.

Customized On-Site Training

The 2-day event is conducted at your place of business for approximately 15 – 20 managers. Content for this event is completely customized for your business and managers are provided tools that will have an immediate impact on performance.

Manager Training and Follow Up

The 2-day training event is followed by on-the-job coaching and follow-up sessions, ensuring that the concepts and techniques of the College are understood and applied.

Cultural Transformations

The training event is incorporated into a larger engagement, reinforced by on the floor coaching and follow up.
