Max joined Carpedia as a consultant in 2019 and has since progressed through the organization into his current role as a Director and Partner. Max has partnered with client leadership across Canada, the US, and Asia to develop and implement sustainable change. Passionate about solving complex business challenges, he thrives on working closely with clients to develop practical, impactful solutions.
With experience spanning multiple industries—including food manufacturing, healthcare, oil & gas, infrastructure, sales, and logistics—Max has led projects focused on improving throughput, cycle time, and salesforce effectiveness.
Max holds a Bachelor of Management from Dalhousie University. A former high-performance rugby player, he remains passionate about competition and has since transitioned to sailing.
