He brings deep expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and process controls, digital manufacturing, supply chain optimization, organizational alignment, and change management.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University.
He resides in the Philadelphia, PA area with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he is actively involved in his community, coaching youth baseball, and soccer. His personal interests include spending time with family, golf, snowboarding, the beach, and reading.
