Ryan currently serves as a Vice President, Operations at Carpedia. Throughout his career, Ryan has assumed various consulting and executive leadership roles focused on making sustainable operational improvements. Prior to his return to Carpedia, Ryan worked for one of the largest providers of Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) in North America. He served as Vice President of Technical and Customer Service where he lead strategy and enrichment programs for approximately 500 Field Service Technicians and 300 Customer Service Specialists across 200 locations in the United States. In 2021, Ryan transitioned from his role to lead Strategic Development for the company’s Canadian operations which encompassed the Operational Excellence and Integrations department.
Ryan is an experienced international operations consultant focused on the development of effective managers to improve processes, management systems and leadership behaviour. He has completed projects in various industries, concentrating on improvements to cost, quality, and cycle time for a wide variety of products and services. Ryan has consulted in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, construction, infrastructure, insurance, and administration.
Ryan is a graduate of Western University where is holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2013.
