We asked 50 Private Equity representatives to weigh in on the timing and the type of improvement initiatives that have the greatest impact, along with the role of AI and automation, and the importance of Operating Partners and Advisors. Our findings confirm a strong trend toward a proactive commitment to value creation, particularly in cost optimization, digital transformation, and revenue enhancement. Firms that prioritize these initiatives early in the deal cycle position themselves for stronger returns and long-term success.
